Why my windshield washer tank is leaking when I fill it, I don`t get the low washer fluid sign, It looks like there is still some washer fluid there after the leakage stops. My mechanic says I need to replace the washer tank. How do I access to the water reservoir?

Front plastic bumper needs to come off, not that hard, likely the front bottom belly/splash pan too. Try youtube for "removing front bumper".
