What to replace for EGR valve, 2009 RX350 AWD
 

2009 RX350 AWD - 140k miles, do I have to replace EGR valve for maintenance?
if needed, what parts should be replaced?
where is "EGR valve delay switch" located in engine(2GRFE)?

PCV in pic above arrow, vacuum switching below. I changed my PCV at 92K miles, but old one seemed fine. Neither on scheduled maintenance list I don't think.

I'd at least replace the pcv as its super simple........
