Default Tool for tightening clamp for steering boot?

I was finally able to put a boot on my lexus rx 350 of 2009, but I am confused on how to tighten the clamp, can someone recommend a tool for it and explain to me how would I use it.

Just use a regular hose clamp you cant fit the tool into the space to clamp the boot

I already have the clamp and I was able to fit it on the boot, just trying to figure how to tighten it

You need a special tool to do so you cannot get the special tool in the place were the boot is on the rack because they would drop the entire rack to change the boots seals etc.

I bought the crimp tool for these type of band clamps on Amazon. It was not expensive. Works OK. I ended up using regular wire cutters on the last 2. It was simpler. Just be care not to cut into it.
