I have a 2006 RX330 base key fob battery was replaced but before that happened,the key didn't unlock/lock the doors but, the truck starts. then driving the truck yesterday,the truck shuts off and had to push it off the street. the truck will start but won't turnover.been searching the web to diagnosed the problem.Can anyone help me before taking it to the stearlership???

First, you need to know/understand that the key fob has nothing to do with the engine starting and running. The key fob is strictly for locking and unlocking the doors. Sounds like the new key fob battery took care of that for you.

As for the engine not starting, there are a bunch of reasons why this might happen. Have you connected an OBD code reader to see what codes, if any, you have. This would greatly help the process. Are the spark plugs making spark? Are you getting gas to the cylinders?

I get the impression that you do not work on cars, and without more information, I can't go any further.

was the vehicle low on gas? How many miles are on the car?

R U saying that the engine will turn over, but doesn't start or R U saying the engine will start but doesn't turn over? If you think that the engine will start, but doesn't turn over, then I would check your battery and the alternator to verify that the battery is being charged while the engine is running. Were you having any electrical or any other problems before this happened?
