First post to the forum here though I've been lurking around for about a week or so hunting for the info I need. Despite my best efforts and the existence of several other threads related to this subject, I've been unable to locate exactly what I'm looking for. As with many others here, while I love my rx350, I've found that the "premium sound" (i.e. non-ML) package I currently have installed is really lacking on the low-end. After extensive research I purchased all the components I need to install an aftermarket subwoofer (with a second amplifier and LOC). Unfortunately, however, I've been unable to move onto the installation portion of this project as I haven't been able to find the stereo wiring diagram for my vehicle (such that I'll know which wires to tap into for my LOC). I'm already a little over budget as it is so I'd love to avoid buying a subscription to techinfo.toyota.com and figured you all might be able to help. The best info I could find is from modifiedlife.com related to the 07 and 08 models (RX350 2007/RX350 2007), but I'm not sure how trustworthy the website is and/or if the wire colors are the same for my 09 model. Can anyone confirm, from experience or the actual wiring diagram, that the wires I should be tapping are as follows: right positive (rear) - blue/black, right negative (rear) - pink, left positive (rear) - red, left negative (rear) - grey? Would you recommend that I tap the rear or front speaker wires?
