Finally installed the Japanese oem optional tail lamps and TRD High Response muffler on my vehicle (cat back 2.5 straight pipe). Can't wait to update the badges to the JDM versions.

Thx! These are oem parts and fit like a glove, just a pain to install since you need to remove the rear inner panels. They do not throw any codes since you use the same bulb sockets.
As far as the muffler, it sounds very good (to me) deep and not too loud...
I don’t know how it sounds from another car or when I drive by, yet. I’m sure there is a little horsepower gain but not too sure, I have a sub in the trunk + a spare tire.
Would like to add some bolt on 2GR-FE headers but I’ve found nothing for the RX (only for the 2.4L available in Singapore).
Dam that exhaust looks better than I thought. It sounds pretty mean and aggressive too!

Correct, an oem option in Japan, not an aftermarket product.
Here's the ones I was looking into but it's aftermarket. I'm digging the fact that yours are oem though.

Those LED’s are nice, I actually almost went with similar ones from http://crystal-eye.jp/ but decided to go oem. I purchased off ebay.
The TRD exhaust was made specific for the 2nd gen RX (Harrier/ACU30) in Japan and has been discontinued, it was purchased from Croooober.

i am assuming that the housings you simply swap and you use the same bulbs as before - in wonder if the rx400h/rx350 rear tails are the same and if i can do this as well.
