halogen headlight
I have 2007 RX base model with halogen headlight. Will it a plug and play if I buy a set used of project headlight? I searched the forum and couldn't find any source. Thanks.

what do you mean "Project headlight" ? do you mean HID ? the Blue head light? the HID Blue head lights need a Ballast - transformer to work, its actually not an easy install. if you have regular headlight halogen from the factory the best upgrade is an LED headlight bulb. you can get them off amazon. didn't even know they sold the RX in the USA without HID lights, strange.

I don't think it's that hard either. The RX has one of the best stock HID projectors on the market. All he needs to do is buy some OEM Projector headlight assemblies off ebay, and OEM ballast, hook it up and he should be good to go. do a search for "theretrofitsource" and "hidplanet"

Tried doing this but the projection of the headlights isn’t even. Ended up taking it to Daniel at organized garage status to straighten them out. But it still came out not 100% the way I wanted only about 80. But waaay better than before. Look him up and he’ll point you in the right direction.
