RX330 2005 has ac error code 42. What is the defect and how do I repair?

From this thread code 42 is a fault in the "Air Inlet Door Servomotor Circuit" How do I determine which components are included in this circuit and how can I determine if the servomotor is at fault?

 

I think that there are 3 or 4 servomotors in the AC system. Can someone tell me which generates a code 42?

 

Found out that I have 2 different problems namely code 42 and flashing AC light. Cleared code 42 "servomotor issue" and it hasn't returned. AC flashing could mean low freon but sight glass indicates that this is not the issue.

When AC called for both fans come on and immediately disengage. Any ideas how to troubleshoot? 2005 RX330 does not have MCR.
