From an old post in this forum, I saw a mention of this Lexus TSIB EL004-06 that would apply for my 2006 RX 330, which has the flashing "AFS Off" on the dash. Apparently, one of the causes of it is to check a harness as described in the TSIB shown below. I've looked over all my components under the car, and they seem to be in good shape - so I want to try this out but cannot find a copy of this TSIB. If anyone who has access to these could pull it for me, I would be most grateful.

"For RX 330 (NAP) in March 14, 2006 Lexus has TSIB EL004-06 ("AFS INDICATOR LIGHT FLASHING"):
"...Introduction. Some vehicles in colder regions may exhibit a condition where the AFS indicator will initially flash when the vehicle is started. Inspect the left headlight assembly and secure the sub-harness as outlined in this TSIB..."
