Is there a place on the 2009 Lexus RX 350 to store the tonneau cargo cover when not in use?

Yes, under the cargo deck is the two pop-up cubby holes, and there are indents for it. Fits perfectly in mine. Just press the two buttons at the edge of the cargo bay to open the two compartments. They become one long space to hold the cover.
