Default Calibrate distance to empty calibration

We had our 07 rx350 dash replaced at a dealership due to a recall on it. Afterwards the electronics were a bit off and they had to keep the car an extra day to get the Bluetooth to work correctly among other things. We realize now that the DTE calibration is off. When we fill the tank it reads 275 on the DTE. Before the dash replacement it would always read 325 on the DTE upon fill up. Is there a way to fix this? Now it is reading really low DTE when we still have a quarter tank left. Is it back to the dealership we go or is there a way to calibrate it?

My does that after a battery unplug. It takes a few full tanks for it to recalibrate. take a road trip and fuel up twice and see if the dte goes up. If not take it back to the shop

How do you check distance to empty on an 07 RX350? I didn't realize this was an option.
