In stock form no, it's only for phone calls. There are several companies that make adapters to allow streaming bluetooth, typical cost is around $250 for the unit. A quick search here or on google will provide the info you need.

No, the 2004-2006 RX330 don't have Bluetooth capability. There are a ton of aftermarket suppliers that sell Bluetooth retrofit kit online though.

You can always do it the cheap & easy way and buy a $10 cassette auxiliary adapter and plug it to your phone and play through the cassette player.

One can certainly do it for less. Our BT45-TOY wasn't the cheapest option and it looks like it's currently going for $120-170.

FM modulators are also easy but both of these options generally offer poor sound quality.

Not to hijack this thread but how does this effect the built in bluetooth for the phone?

The BT45-TOY is a Bluetooth device that allows you to connect to your car stereo with any source that has built-in Bluetooth. You use Pandora on your cell phone, for example, it connects to the car stereo through Bluetooth (BT45-TOY), and then plays the music on the car stereo. The cell phone is the source of the music and the radio is the receiver. I hope this helps.

Sorry for the delay in replying. It doesn't affect it (or effect it ).

The BT-45TOY can handle bluetooth calls if you want but you don't have to use it. We don't have the BT45-TOY's mic connected and we just use the RX 400h's built-in bluetooth for calls. One could connect the BT45-TOY's mic and then have the option of using either of the 2. Your phone can connect to multiple bluetooth devices at once. Audio streaming and calls are 2 entirely different bluetooth profiles.
