Default Switching out Nav unit

hey guys not sure if this was discussed before couldn't find anything related to it, So I was thinking of switching out my whole nav unit with this

https://www.ebay.com/itm/361924018804

My question was is it just plug in play or do I need to buy anything else to make it work?

The Back Side of these units are entirely different for connections (check the photos), also the Navigation Unit is only a screen, the Computer & DVD Drive is located in the rear of the vehicle.
