is there any way to upgrade my current rx350's dsp audio system to a mark levinson system and what would it take to do this and how much does one think it would run to do make this happen

You'd probably be better off going full aftermarket, both in terms of price and ease of installation.

A good aftermarket set up will cost shy of a grand, if you select moderately priced system, no frills. An 07 RX, they have tons of systems available now.

If you really want to go the OEM route, you'll have to source all the parts: new head unit, speakers, amp etc. Even buying them used will end up costing more than what good aftermarket components will cost, and you'd likely end up with a better setup than what the ML system is by going aftermarket.
