Cruise control light out and "AFS off" light on

2007 RX 350 my cruise control light willnot come and cruise not working. I use cruise control frequently and know how to turn on& off, set, etc. It is definitely not working. Also, "AFS off"light on RPM gauge. Is this a fuse issue? If so, which fuse? Pulled engine fuse box and AMP did not matchup with what manual said. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

The first time our AFS light came on was simply because the AFS button was depressed (to the left of the steering column). That's all I've got to help....
