Keep in mind, a 2007, RX350 does not have a timing belt, it has a timing chain so that maintenance item is not an issue.
Despite how reliable the RX is, personally, I wouldn't buy a car with over 150K on the clock, but that's just me.
I just got a 07 RX 350 with 77k and was thinking about the upcoming timing belt service. But you're saying its a chain and not a belt? That's awesome! When did they switch? My 2000 RX had a belt. Thanks!

Btw, I got mine for $13k and think it's a steal. There were plenty in the 10-15k range. Go with the lowest miles you can get. The engines will run forever. Will easily put another 100k on it.

It switched when they switched to the superior 2GR-FE for the 2007 model. It's more efficient and more powerful than the 3MZ-FE, plus you don't have to worry about the costly timing belt.

What NickTee said. You're 2007 should be a RX350, not a RX330. The engine change is what drives the number designation change. And as a bonus, you get more HP.

As a follow-up, we ended up taking the Low Miles advice and choose an '06 rx330 with 69k miles from our local Lexus dealer. $16,600 was on the high side, but it's flawless, the color my wife wanted, fully loaded, nav, stereo upgrade, one owner, always dealer serviced, and the dealer had just performed $1,800 worth of updates and service tweaks after they took it in trade three weeks ago.

Could we have found a better deal? Probably, but it hit all the right notes, is something she can drive without worry for years, and with her rx300 dead we didn't have the luxury of waiting for the best deal possible.

Thanks everyone!

Congratulations on your new RX. Since you were out looking, did you drive both a 330 and a 350? If so did you notice much difference between the two?

We actually didn't. The 350s available had higher miles, or didn't have all the options she wanted, or were priced too high for what we wanted to spend. This one checked off all the option boxes, was the lowest miles of any 330 or the 350s (prior to the larger body) and compared to our rx300 rode like a dream.

It probably wouldn't have hurt to test a few, but it was frigid cold (-2) and she said she probably wouldn't have noticed a difference between them anyway (though I would have liked the larger engine).
