cloud of smoke coming out of my exhaust
I have been combating this for a week now. I can't figure out what the issue is.
on cold start or when the cars been cool down for a hour or so, a huge cloud of smoke will come out. it smells plastic burn than a rich gas smell.
So far this is what i did,
a oil change
add a no smoke oil treatment
replaced with an oem pcv valve (this fix my rx300 smoking issue years ago)
Video 1, Friday at 3pm. the temperature is ~60 degrees, less smoke after a pcv changed
Video 2, Friday after noon at 6p.m. ~50 degrees
video 3, Next day 10 a.m. ~48 degrees
in person it looks white smoke, but the camera captures it more blue smoke. I have been constantly monitoring my levels and oil and coolants are just normal.

How many miles does your car have? Does the car run rough when you start the car? Does the car shake then settles down after 10 seconds? Could be what I experienced with an old RX330 with 188K miles I bought. It would have a hard start, shake, spew out smoke for 10 seconds before settling down. Even after getting a Major service done, new spark plugs, pcv, and timing belt, water pump, car would start the same. Then I cleaned the Mass air flow sensor. That was a small but noticeable difference. Then I cleaned the fuel injectors which cleaned the carbon buildup in the combustion chambers, then the hard start went away, no more smoking upon start up. I think you can get there by using 2 cans of Berryman B-12 Carb/Fuel Injector Cleaner in full tank of gas, then do it again in the next tank of gas. Add a 3rd treatment if it doesn't resolve but by the 2nd one I bet it will. B-12 is a strong solvent and is highly flammable so in will melt any grime in the fuel line and will burn hotter in the combustion chamber to burn off the carbon deposits. I think the smoke is from an inefficient burn of fuel and carbon deposits hence the strong fuel smell.

Thanks LSBen, I will definitely try B-12
mileage is 102k, it doesn't shake, just starts up normally, blows a huge cloud for 2 to 3 seconds and then goes to normal idling.

I'm still monitoring it right now, and still at normal levels, same colors, no dark red coolant or lost of oil.
My brother's friend who works at the local Toyota will be stopping by tomorrow to check it out.
