some question about the 120k miles service

need to drain and fill the transmission fluid - do we use WS or Type IV?
need to replace spark plugs - did any of you replace these gaskets?

Upper intake manifold/surge tank gasket (orange) – Lexus part # 1717620020
- Plenum gasket – Lexus part # 1712720010
- Intake flange (gray) gasket – Lexus part # 1711620010
- TB gasket – Lexus part # 2227120040

If yes, I wonder if rx330 and rx350 share the same part numbers for these gaskets. The author mentioned that from this observation only TB gasket needed changing for his car and I am reluctant to change these gaskets for no reason. I know the idea is that since you are already opening up why not change these gaskets but Im inclined to believe those gaskets can last till 300k miles without issue. Any high mileage owners care to comment?
