Soon as I start the engine there is a squealing noise and as I checked a under the hood I found a leaking power steering cooler in few places along the metal cooling tubes that run in front of the radiator. The reservoir is also low but not dry and the fluid is very dark and dirty. I have found a new cooler online part OEM Lexus part #4440248041. Can anyone tell me exactly how to replace this? Thanks.
