Been lurking this forum for a while and in the process of putting a deposit down on a RX330. However, I have a few questions for those of you that took delivery or put a deposit down on the RX.

1) Did you deal final price when you put the deposit down?

2) Are people getting discounts on the East coast ($1000 to $2000 off MSRP?), or is MSRP the norm?

I placed a (refundable) $500 deposit with my dealer about two weeks ago after determining that an available vehicle was in the pipeline (also got the VIN #) and which had the options and color (Black Forest Pearl) we wanted as well as the price.

I doubt that there will be any discounts for awhile because of the demand. We picked it up yesterday
and after driving it around, haven't had any problems with visibility out the rear or sides (nor did the shorter and more critical wife ) The rear camera is great. The only problem so far is that one of the roof rack rails keeps popping up at the corner of one end, which we also had noticed on another 330. later, ldf
