Alright guys, sorry for the noob post, I have 07' RxH, with ML and Nav and Backup, my radio also has the am-sat button. When I hit it doesn't display the radio id so I think it's not properly equipped. So after reading the manual and reading tons of posts on Lexus and Toyota, I still can figure out what exactly I need to buy. Will just a xm tuner suffice? Like the

See the problem is that I don't know what the car already has, I do know it's all factory. I don't know what is equipped and what isn't. Thanks so much in advance.
