Default Check Airconditioning message RX350

Hey guys,

So i've been searching the internet for a solution to my Check Airconditioning message but couldn't find anything,

Some say it's the relay , and others say that it's nothing wrong with it,

Well i tried the relay ,,, bought same part number, but this relay was from a Prius,
(but exakt same partnr) ,
What happend was that The AC wouldnt start Automatically, i had to pust start everytime the car started, but there where no Check Airconditioning message ,

Changed back to the Old relay and the Ac Went on Auto but immediatly started flashing and Check Airconditioning message was back.

The question is,,, do we know exactly what's causing the Check Airconditioning message??
I mean,,,, this has been going on for quite a time , so someone has to know ?? right?

My car is a RX350 -2006 AWD

\\ KenZo ,,,From Sweden

I have had this issue maybe three times over several years. Turning the AC off and back on seems to eliminate the warning. Fortunately the problem has not returned. Here is a link to a previous discussion of the "Check Air conditioning message.

That doesn't sound good at all. The Air Conditioner Amplifier Assembly is an expensive part. Replacing that may be your only option.

I appreciate that. So many times we give advice and answers and get no feedback. Your experience with this A/C problem can very possibility help other CL members.

Are you sure about your vehicles year? If it's a 2006 then you have an rx330. This tsb won't apply. However there is one for 04-06 for the same issue.

He is in Sweden. I believe the Asian and European model RX350 started with the 2006 model year. 2007 for the US and Canada.

2. Remove the RH cowl side trim sub assembly
