RX350 steering wheel vibrates after steering work

RX350 steering wheel vibrates after steering work
I just had a lot of work done on my 09 RX350:
Replace Steering Gear
Alignment
Replace Control Arm Bushings
Replaced 4 struts
New tires
A day after this I am driving on the freeway doing 60 mph and the steering wheel starts to vibrate. Obviously something is wrong.
What area is the likely cause?
I intend to call the mechanic Monday.
