I have a 2007 RX350 I just purchased and am trying to set up the phone contacts list from my iPhone 5 which has 200-300 entries. I have the Bluetootch activated but when I try to upload my iPhone contacts, the Bluetooth connection immediately says "Not connected". What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately you can't transfer contacts with an iPhone on Lexus vehicles 2009 & older. The car requires you to push the contacts from the phone. The iPhone can't do that. If you have an older non iPhone with the same contacts, you could pair that up and send the contacts via BT. Otherwise you will have to enter them manually.

 

It is easier to just dial from your phone since the car locks the screen whenever it is moving. I also use Siri to dial a phone number when I am driving.
