I just purchased a 2005 RX330 but found out I can not work the windows from the driver seat. They work fine from each door switch. I tried resetting each one by lowering then raising and holding the switches. Still no luck...please help!!

Like many questions you might have, topics such as this have discussed on a number of occasions and at great length. You just need to use the search tools to seek them out before posting new threads to comment on. You can always tag on to the existing threads of you need more info. If you had searched you would have found that not only is this information discussed in your Owner's Manual, but also here:

More than likely you replaced your car's battery recently and these switches, to include the sunroof, all need to be reset now.
