Default Floorboard wet/standing water

The driver's side floorboard is soaked with water after a heavy rain. We isolated the leak to be from the moon roof drain on the front driver's side, which is draining into the car somewhere from behind the panel where the fuses are located under the dash on the lower left side panel driver's side. Can anyone explain how to access the drain hose from this location to see if it has come detached somewhere. Looks like to much water to be a simple leak. We have already run trimmer line through drain hose to check for clogs and poured colored water through to check where water is draining. Any help appreciated.

I believe you will need to unbolt the side rocker. Lexus had to this to access my rear drain tubes beneath the car. I am assuming it's the same for the fronts.
