RX330 Loud rattle/screech

Hey guys! I am having a problem with my Lexus RX330. When ever I start my car now theres this huge rattle noise when I move it into drive or reverse. The wierd thing is its only at the start. The car shifts fine and nothing happens. Thanks

That could be anything, more information is needed. Screech might be a loose belt, rattle is something loose or broken.
