Clicking noise when HVAC running

I have a very strange clicking noise in my 2002 RX300, when the AC is engaged and the fan is running. Sometimes it stops, but most of the time when the AC or fan is running there's this weird clicking noise like an obstruction in the heather/AC fan is going. Any thoughts???

If this is being heard inside the cabin then a faulty AC servo, there are several, is more than likely to blame.
