Belt Tensioner Pulley Replacement (Need help finding)
Hi CL! Forum newbie here. Was hoping someone with a little experience with the serpentine belt tensioner might be able to point me the right direction.
So a few weeks ago, my 2007 RX-350 started making an odd sound...and after some self-diagnosing, it appears that the pulley (internal bearings) on the serpentine belt tensioner is starting to go bad. I've replaced the serpentine belt and took the old pulley off and cleaned up the grime buildup (just a small amount) and put it back on. The sound went away for about half a day and then returned...so I'm pretty sure it is that particular pulley that is causing these issues.
(ton of help from here...

So I decided I would try to replace the part myself and dug around the internet and thought I found a replacement from Amazon (Dayco 89158). I ordered the part and when it arrived, I tried replacing the old pulley. I soon realized, though, that the parts were different and I wasn't going to be able to use the new pulley.
So now I'm stuck, trying desperately to avoid going directly to a Lexus dealer, looking for an acceptable replacement to my failing pulley. Below are pics of the old and new (incorrect) pulleys. The silver pulley is what I pulled off of the RX-350. The black pulley is what I ordered from Amazon. I believe that the black pulley is actually an idler pulley (which I'm guessing would fix one of the other pulleys used in the serpentine belt system.
So...does anyone have any idea where I could find a pulley to replace the silver one? I really really really do not want to get a new tensioner (I don't think I could replace that myself...and know any mechanic will charge quite a bit to do so). Thanks a ton for any help anyone can provide!
edit: Forgot to mention that I've scoured through the pulley entries on Amazon.com, Autozone.com, Pep Boys online, O'Reilly online...and could never find an acceptable match.
