Good luck with the dealer. Some are nice people, others not so much. The cooler line was covered by a 10 year extended warranty, based on first purchase date.
The replacement part with gaskets is part # 04004-29131. The list price is approx $78 at the dealer. The best price I found is on-line for $52 + $8 shipping at McGeorge Toyota in Richmond, VA.

The aftermarket parts maker, Dorman, makes one that your local parts store might have. Their part # 625-022 also includes gaskets. I found that the price varies from place to place and some places want more than the Lexus dealer.
Here is a link to a video I watched before doing my car.

Autozone and NAPA wanted $111, and $115 respectively for the Dorman part. Bought it on Amazon for $67. It should be waiting for me when I get home today.
Thanks for video. Now I know to stop on the way home and pick up that little internal torx socket for removing the studs.

Thanks. It was pretty easy. Only trouble I had was the E8 torx socket set I bought was a 3/8 impact set. The diameter was too large to put the one stud in. Luckily my dad, who lives across the road, had a 1/4" drive set which was small enough. When I drained the oil and filter, I subtracted the oil I added after my wife got home and figured she had about two quarts left in it. Cutting it waaaaaay too close for comfort.

You def need gaskets; but you can probably use your old ones. When I did mine, the old gaskets were still in great condition as they are metal. Even still had the raised indentations that compress upon installation.
Daleda's pic is what they look like, I can't remember how they go either, I just matched them with the way they came off.

Just happened last night....
Effin crap. Just bought car this summer and was gonna wait till next summer to do this. Guess it’s happening now. But I did catch it early. Massive oil leaks and pulled over and towed to mechanic. Part is $240 plus labor. So probably under $500 is what I’m assuming. Maybe even $400. Ugh.... My mechanic was like known issue. Metal one is upgrade. See you tomorrow.

Takes about an hour to do if taking your time.
Read around through this thread, lots of us have done or at least bought it. Also a video in the DIY sticky.

What you need is is Toyota/Lexus part # 04004-29131. It consists of a metal replacement pipe and the 2 gaskets. The Lexus suggested list price is $77.55. Some Lexus dealers discount, most don't.
Here it is $51.75 - https://toyotaparts.mcgeorgetoyota.c...ler-0400429131
Here it is $62.04 - https://www.mylparts.com/oem-parts/l...ler-0400429131
The Dorman brand (aftermarket) part # is 625-022 and is around $70 but the price varies widely from store to store.

The RX330 uses a 3.3 liter engine. The RX350 uses a 3.5 engine. These 2 engines are a different design from each other. The oil line that breaks is not on the RX330 engine.
