Default Timing Belt Replacement

Not sure what I'm doing but I am desperate for an answer. I have a 2007 RX 350 with 106,000. Does anyone know when I need to change the timing belt?

First, don't you have the owner's manual/maintenance schedule? Second, you've posted this in the wrong forum; your RX is a second generation.

Welcome to Club Lexus, mreinhard.

You do not have a timing belt. The 2007 RX350 uses a timing chain that does not need changing. The next big maintenance item you more than likely will see is the spark plug change at 120K.

As mentioned previous, break out your Owner's Manual and get to know what is in there. Especially, the information on service requirements.

Although you don't have timing belt, it would be wise to have your technician to inspect the water pump, flush brake fluid if you haven't done so in a while (usually every 3 years), and check the tire threads. With winter coming you might want to check if your battery needs to be replaced.
