Default AFS Off Light question?

So I noticed my AFS off light blinking about a week ago and I decided to do the DIY that another member had posted in cleaning and replacing the coils if it had corroded. I did notice my headlights were facing a little lower than usual but it didn't bother me too much, but after reading the DIY on it I figured it wasn't that difficult to try cleaning or replacing the coils if it had corroded.

Anyways, I went ahead with the project this past weekend and notice 2 of the 3 coils were pretty corroded onto the contacts. I went ahead and cleaned the contacts and replaced it with the spring coils from a pen as suggested by the write-up. So I put everything back together and instantly noticed my low beams brightening up the road much better BUT I still have the annoying flashing "AFS OFF" light. I'm just curious if there is a step I missed but I highly doubt it. Does the little armbar connected to the AFS sensor have a certain position it needs to be bolted back on? I didn't really pay too much attention on the position it was in but I figured it would be the same position when I bolt it back on. I did read another post where he kept fidgeting with the armbar until it hit that perfect spot and the light would turn off and than I would read other posts where they say it shouldn't matter.

If anyone can chime in I would truly appreciate it. Otherwise, not a biggy since I got the low beams lighting up the road more and I'll probably play around with the armbar if it helps. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: So I was gonna wait till this coming weekend to tinker around with the elbow armbar part to see if it helps get the flashing to turn off. As of yesterday though, the flashing has turned off on its own and my AFS seems to still be in perfect order. Maybe it just needed a few days for the new coils I put in to start reading. IDK. Anyways, I'm glad it is all well now and saved me a few hundred with this DIY.
