Lexus Technology Specialists
Has anyone else noticed that Lexus dealerships are now hiring or have hired Technology Specialists to work with customers?

I challenge you, even if you have not stepped into a Lexus dealership in awhile, to think up your most perplexing navigation, infotainment, bluetooth, cellphone related problem and look to see if your dealership has hired someone to fill this position to ask your question.
Locally, here in the west coast of FL, it looks like it is about 50/50 for those who have actually hired someone and have posted their picture and details on their web site. Mostly very young (to me) kids, not much more than their early 20's if that. Probably family members of corporate ownership employees.
