WorldPac has an office here in FL that I have used in the past for other vehicles, however, not for my RX. Was a recommendation from a friend in the industry.

That alligator clip idea seems to me to be a bad idea at any time, but especially in a situation like yours where you have unknown electrical faults. As a substitute if you find it absolutely necessary, I would suggest instead that you use a fuse link of the same or lower rating in lieu of the original fuse.

No, I didn't have that type of fuse with me. I used an alagator clip to bridge the open circut in the top of the fuse.
Not only were the jumpers on backwards,(less than 1 minute), but I tried to start the car! I think this is where I could have done damage. (I knew immedately what it was, when my car would not start.)
-Funny thing is, when the jumpers were on backwards, the running vehicle i was getting the jump from was OK!

Explanation:
Think of the two batteries as reservoirs of water, where water is a charge (due to chemical reaction the reservoir is filled magically). The discharged battery is like a reservoir with less water. So the question will boil (
) down to how long with it take to fill-up the weak battery with a thin tube.If electrically there is nothing wrong with low reservoir, the high mark (
) would be reached in 4hrs. Maybe you can get enough juice to get the engine crank enough and catch in 30mins. The answer is all over the place.Salim

You are not running a full 12V across that circuit. Believe it is just 6V. If you have ever seen one of these the cables are not very thick and especially thin when compared to a traditional set of jumper cables where the better sets are quite hefty.
Still, not a fan of jumping vehicle to vehicle and not because of any worries of crossed connections.

We are repaired!
Sorry for not getting back sooner.
Things are all better, now.
I went back Saturday morning to work, with my fuse kit.
I found 2 more blown fuses in that box.
After a through inspection I turned the key, it started right up, and no bad lghts!
Took it for a spin around the parking lot, and things were back to normal.
I ordered a part from the dealership, and they told me Tuesday, it would be in.
I went down, after work, tuesday, to find out they ordered the wrong part!
They needed my VIN # to find the 140 Amp fusibile link.
It wouldn't show up on the screen without it.
They happened to have one in stock, all along! $27.40!
Went home and installed it today.
Took me 3 and 1/2 hours, from start to finish. Just a lot of looking for tabs and bolts....And yes, the link IS bolted in from the bottom. 1-8mm bolt, 1-10 mm bolt.
I took a bunch of pictures,but I don't know how to load them here...

You can find the 140 amp fusible links on Amazon for $15 with free shipping. I also picked up another 100 amp one since I was at the point that it could be replaced. Probably cheaper to look for it as a Toyota part. Thanks again for all your help.
