Default aftermarket OEM headlamp replacements

Has anyone had any trouble with aftermarket headlamp replacements not fitting to OEM specs? I am looking at some on Amazon that are around $160 each compared with OEM being way over $400.

The ones I am considering are:

Just wanted to run this by the community here to get opinions.

Thanks!

Also be wary that some aftermarket parts will not look the same as the OEM counterpart, aka beam pattern

Need to be careful with aftermarket lamps. Depending on your intent, they may not last as long as OEM's. Check out the OEM headlamps on fleabay. As usual fleabay has no guarantee on quality of used headlamps. But it is a viable option.

What's wrong with yours?

Unknown brand and zero reviews. I would stay away.

Thanks for all the responses. Looks like the concensus is negative. So I will stay clear of them.

The problem I have is the age old condensation, but now the lens just looks beaten and worn. We tried to polish up the lens with some aftermarket cleaner (the ones that say it makes it like new). NOT!.

Might just have to chock up for the OEM replacements.

Any idea if there is cheaper places to buy genuine OEM parts without getting dragged over the coals at the dealer parts department?

Condensation is in the inside of the headlight so the cleaner wont do anything since that deals with the outside. Its easy enough to bake them open and clean them with a mild cleaner (no sanding whatsoever)

I would check the classified section here. You might find what you need. If not, post a WTB ad. Good luck.

There is a fix for this if you have the time and patience. Posted by mandyfig with description and photos.
