Power Rear Door won't close, just clicks

My 2004 RX330 Power Rear Door will automatically open just fine with the key fob. But when trying to close with the key fob it just makes clicking sounds and doesn't move.

I don't know if the clicking sound is related to the mechanism being off track, but again it works fine when opening. It seems to make two attempts to close but the only thing happening is those clicks. I end up having to manually push it down to close it.

The car was recently purchased used. It has 145k miles on it.

Any thoughts?

Curious about this (what if it happens to me).

Please say what does the trick?

I changed the EU or multi plex computer ( e-bay brand new 199.00). In my case it didn't make any difference. Not happy about it. Jamie
