Trying to source some pictures of a silver 2nd Gen RX with these tail lights. I love the tinted look of one but also love the full red look of the other one. Only thing is that the full red one looks quite bright and not sure if it would suit the silver duco on my car.

I was specifically browsing for red but I have seen black ones and some of the guys on clublexus-ru have painted the insides of the rear lights as well.

So overall, I am not the biggest fan of the red tail lights. I think the clear really works well on the RX. If I had to choose, I would go with one of the darker reds. I did do a Google search and found a few of my favorites (pictured below).


This was on some weird Japanese sight and I am not really even sure if they are for sale. Haha. But it is a nice clean look.


This is actually my favorite of any that I have seen for second gen RXs...But again it was on a weird Japanese sight and I don't think you can actually buy them.


This one and the one below were on Ebay and if I were to buy new tail lights, I would go with these.*





These are just freaking awesome. They are for a 3rd gen...and they look so good that I almost want to go buy a 3rd gen just to have these tail lights.

Yeah I have some of those pictures. The 2nd last one is CrystalEye and hellish expensive. The last picture is 3rd gen . I am starting to like the darker reds with the clear LED's (as in the first picture). Think this may match with my headlight design I am hoping for.

Yeah...I put little tag about what I thought above each picture. I posted the last pic just because they are awesome...I said I almost want to go buy a third gen just for those tail lights. LOL.

Just read your tags and you can buy them. I have seen them before and I do have some links at home. Your "favorite" ones I know can be bought and they come in 2 darker shades I believe (just have to dig out the picture). They are about $600 (Australian dollars) for the set.
