Condensation dripping from under glovebox

wish me luck
I recently also had condensate dripping in the footwell but couldn't unclog it by fishing line through the black hose from the exterior of vehicle, so I disconnected that rubber hose from underneath the dashboard (behind the console) where it's connected to the evaporator box. It is accessible from the passenger side footwell. To access it, I removed a small section of the console next to the footwell and pulled back a bit of the carpet. There is no clamp for the hose as it simply slides onto to box outlet. Then I fished a bit of small gauge vinyl weed trimmer line just a very short distance into the outlet which quickly got rid of the blockage. I'd be careful about fishing anything more rigid or putting the line very far into this outlet. Alot of water began pouring out, which I was ready for and then quickly reconnected the black hose. Make sure you have towels ready. Anyway, problem solved and it was an easy fix.

Thanks for this post I am going to try to find the hose and fix this myself I know the dealership will charge me a large sum that I can't afford. Hope this works. My car has had water on the floor for I don't know how long, I used a wet/dry vac to get as much as I could out and left all of the floor mats out and opened all the windows and let the sun shine in. Question my overflow reservoir is empty would this have anything to do with the water?

Are you sure it is the AC condensate line or perhaps you should look into the Roof Rack drainage line, both exit to the bottom of the car

reservoir
OH, not sure how things work here, but I was referring to the radiator overflow reservoir being empty. Thanks for letting me know about the old post.
