Default New to Lexus and the forum

Hi everyone, my name is Jeremy. We just bought a certified 2007 RX 350 with 54k miles from the local Lexus dealer here. So far I love the RX, but I don't know much about it. This is our first Lexus. We traded in our 08 Hyundai Santa Fe because we wanted something a little more exciting with more creature comforts.

The RX is my wife's and I drive a 2007 BMW 328I.

We took our first road trip to SoCal last weekend where I discovered the annoying plastic rattle under the car, which I fixed with the help of the forum. Other than that, it has been awesome so far. Looking forward to learning more and being part of the community.

Overall we got about 23mpg on the trip. But I was driving like 85 the whole time, I'm sure I could hit 25+ if I went the speed limit.

Which BMW do you drive?

You will have to post some pics of the //M sometime.

Thanks guys. It's been a while since I posted in here. We are still loving the RX, but got a few things to fix.

We hit a tire on the highway and it ripped our driver side fender liner apart. Found a replacement on Ebay for 1/3 the price the dealer wanted.

Also, there is a lot of shaking in the steering wheel when braking, so I need to replace the front rotors. Just wondering though, if this was a CPO, shouldn't the rotors be like new?
