Cracked Nav Screen

Cracked Nav Screen
Hey guys, normally dont post in this section but my dad asked me to. His Nav screen is broken in his '08 RX350. The Nav still works, just the screen is cracked (dont ask me how he did it, lol).
He wants to know if just the screen can be replaced or if the whole Nav unit needs to be replaced? He doesn't care if its a generic screen.
Is this something I can do myself? Is it like replacing a laptop screen (which I can do), or should I stay away from it?
Finally, the SC section goes to member/vendor 'Aliga' for any and all our SC parts needs. Do you RX guys have a member/vendor where I can grab a screen or new unit (if needed) from? I obviously would prefer just a generic screen..

So I contacted DCFish via email, he asked me what year and model Nav screen I need, and I havent heard back from him in over a week after I relpied. I dunno..
