Default Gatorade in the carpet!

Yes, gatorade, red gatorade spilled in the driver's side. I have tried a bunch of cleaners, but alas, nothing works.

The thing is nasty. See it everyday! I will have major cookie points if I am able to get rid of this (she spilled it)!

Anybody know of any cleaner whioch will take care of this gatorade spill?

I bought my car with something red under the pass seat at the rear. I had tried many different cleaners, none were worked for me. Now, I know what is it. It's red Gatorade.
Let me know if you will find something to remove this stain.

I would try "Totally Awesome" it's this multi-purpose cleaner which is available at any dollar store (ex. Dollar Tree). It works great, I had a coke stain a long, long time ago in my 90' ES250 and it worked perfect. You would have never been able to tell that there was a stain there.

I would first try it on small portion of the carpet though, to make sure no discoloration occurs.

I have tried:

Oxyclean
Bleach
Industrial cleaner degreaser
Goop Off
Carpet cleaner

I will check out "awesome" but highly doubt it will work.

There are 2 nasty soilers...gatorade and kool aid! Beware!

I found a link for it on Amazon so you know what to look for. Don't buy it on Amazon though, you can get this stuff for a dollar, and you don't have to worry about paying for shipping or waiting.
I've used it to clean tough grease stains too, so I'm thinking (well hoping) that it will clean the kool aid and gatorade.

Take it to a carpet cleaning service. They have the right kind of chemicals to remove just about any stain, plus steam cleaner extraction.

go to an autoparts store and pick up some brake clean, its mostly alcohol, i have used this several times, spray on liberally and wipe and scrub, since its mostly alcohol, it will evaporate quickly

I've used TuffStuff w/ decent success on a number of stubborn stains:

Otherwise, you might just have to take it to a good detailer and have it steam cleaned.

Good luck

get a dry/wet van. I have a Bissel "little green" for my pet stains. My dog pawed over a full can of grape soda on my white carpets when they were new and the whole can emptied onto 1 spot. When i got back the dog was hiding and i had a huge stain. Initially i didnt have the Bissel so i soaked it up with a towel and then cleaned it best i could with soap and water. After a while it dried and a big stain there. About 3 months later i got the Bissel and some oxy clean, soaked the area with mixture of oxyclean and warm water, let it sit, then sucked it up with the Bissel. Then went over a few passes with warm water and now it's good as new and no stain.

Folex worked well on the purple gatorade I spilled in my van. The tougher spots I just used straight Meguiars APC+
