Hi All:

I have a 06 RX330, and it has been great.

Car is now at 50K, so I go change all 4 new tires.
This is when the dealer told me, I don't have a spare ?!?!

Fact is, I never used my spare, but I checked early on that the spare is there.

Also, the dealer showed me that the locking mechanism is still intact, so whoever took my spare has access to my car.

Since I don't think the dealer took it, I think only other place is when I go valet parking. (I live in NYC !!! this is really LOW !!!!)

Now, I need to buy back a spare or donut.

My rims are 18 in rims, and have standard michelin tires.

Any good deals on getting a donut ?
or is this option available ?

I'm looking at ebay for a decent priced rim, and I want to know,
if its lexus compatible 18 inch rim with bolt pattern 5x114.3,
will it always fit ?

What other numbers I need to look at ??
Any advise is appreciated.

Also, any additional way to lock up the spare ??
Now I have to check the spare if I ever go to any valet parking again.

Go to "car-part.com" You can find lots of wheels there.

 

Try to get an identical wheel. Ebay would have it.

 

eBay Motors has a used RX OEM 18" that should work (item #270588078805) for $59.95. shipping is about $60, but the item is in Marcy, NY. Since you are also in NY maybe picking it up would work.

 

ok, found one on ebay for 125.

Hopefully, I can put it back, and don't need to replace any parts in the bottom of the trunk that used to hold the spare in place...
