I would think it's the fuse. Hope that's what it is as it should be simple. I'll look in our 350 later today and see if i can pass on any details. In our GS it's in the fuse box in the driver side foot well marked TV

Please let me know what you find. We checked under hood and under dash but nothing was obvious for the display.

Thanks.

on our 09 350 the fuse box is under the hood on driver side. clearly marked. top snaps off. there is a map of the fuse box on the underside of the lid. check the fuse marked radio 1 as a start.

Checked all fuses - they were fine. So I'm either in a Black Hole, or Microsoft took over the Nav screen.

Sorry to hear that. If there is another less obvious in line fuse or something, I don't know about it. I don't have even one other suggestion other than the obvious take it to someone qualified to diagnose it. Hopefully someone else will have another do it yourself idea.

Took it in today for quick diagnosis, hoping it was a simple fuse pull. Not.

Car is there overnight, will know more tomorrow, but it's not a fuse, and as of end of day, not a simple solution.

Glad it's still under warranty.

Fixed! Short in wiring harness.

Tested all fuses - all good.
Isolated fault to open circuit at harness connector, repaired open circuit, tested, done.

Also got a call from service advisor that there was one bad cell in the battery, and they replaced it with a new battery....all under warranty.

Nice job...Hendrick Lexus, Charlotte.

All is good now.
