2009 RX with low mileage credit on lease return?

I have a 2009 RX 350 with 19,000 miles which is just coming off a 36 month lease. I heard there is a credit that you can use as a trade in on your next Lexus lease? Is this a dealer secret? Any help on the value?

Buy it out, the 07-09 I really like after driving a 2010 for 3 days.
