Headlamp

I want to remove headlamp on 2004 RX to see if I can seal it. I see the two tabs on the top, but do I need to remove side of bumper to get at bottom?

I'm going to guess yes. There should be a bolt or two on the bottom or sides of the housings (requiring you to remove the bumper).
