Default 08 RX 350 Front Wipers ?

I bought MICHILEN 26 inch and 22 inch windshield wipers for my rx 350 and they would'nt lock in. With just a little tug they would fly off when driving. Mechanic put on a cheap set of wipers and it locked in. Be careful and test pulling it off before it happens when driving in the rain

Default Wiper Blades

I clean my blades with Isopropyl alcohol. So I don't have to change them. But when I tore one the other day. I went ahead and replaced all 3.

First rain the fronts ones came loose. Pulled over and found I had put them in upside down. Or backwards. And they didn't lock. Swapped them around. Good as new.

If I remember right. The lock has to be on the top with they are moving. If not the fall down when they are in motion.

Personally I prefer replacing min with OEM inserts. They wipe good and last long as well ... fitment is not a problem.

I just replaced mine as a precaution prior to a long trip. I last replaced them two years ago with OEM blades. They were doing just fine and I likely could have kept them another year but with winter here I didn't want to take the chance of them not cleaning the windshield well. I like the quality of the OEM blades.

Default Wiper Blades

DENSO makes the OE blade on the RX, it is best to replace the entire blade. You can order them online at densoparts.com.

I just replace the rubber refill...works like a charm. They are about $6 a piece. When I shop at Carson or Sewell, I buy all these supplies.

OEM Japanese rubber seem to work great, compared to local. Trico works good, too.

It is so easy to cheap about wipers....but considering what it does and the cost associated with it....must replace yearly. Saves your windshield glass, too.

None of those wiper marks....hate that. Bum wipers will eventually scratch your glass. I just hate not seeing 100% because your wipers are worn out. And yes I use alcohol, too. Works!

I tell my kids, use your washer, there's plenty of fluid, clean your windshield. You have to have clean, clear view of the road and everything around you.

I check their reservoir and if I see them full, I say what gives? It is not like they pay for the fluid!
