Default Navigation Distortion? (Picture Included)

For some reason, for the past year or so, my navigation display has looked like this. Lexus wanted to charge $300 for diagnostics and an additional amount based on what it would cost to fix it. It's a 2005 and no longer under warranty. Any suggestions on how I could fix this? I took apart the entire dash, checked the harnesses behind the screen. I also checked the harnesses at the end of the car by the DVD reader. The climate controls displays perfectly on the screen.

Thanks guys...

Looks like either a lose connection somewhere, or graphics chip gone bad.

If climate controls displays perfectly on the screen, maybe the map DVD is bad.
