Default Rx330 question regarding side view mirrors!

Hey guys!

I have a quick questions, I have a 2006 RX330 and before whenever I used to go into reverse, both my side view mirrors would automatically tilt lower.

It doesn't do this anymore, is there a switch for this?

when setting your side mirrors, do not keep the L and R button in the center. Leave it on either L or R and they will tilt down.

After reading your posts, my driver's mirror goes down only about 1/3 inch, the right side tips down to the curb. I took my 350 in for 20k service and mentioned this to the service writer---they are ordering me a new mirror under warranty.
On another issue: the roof rack felt flimsy and insecure, moved up and down about 1/4 inch, I had never used it. I bought a Lexus Loaner with 14k miles. The service writer said, we will order you a new one. Also covered by warranty. Lexus Service is the BEST!!!
