Things I would not get done
* Check Installation of Driver-Side Floor Mat - do it yourself
* Frigi-Fresh Sanitizer (EPA Registered Virucide, Fungicide, Kills Odors) - needless chemicals
INSTALL Fuel System Conditioners (Deposit Control and Ethanol Corrosion Inhibitor) - waste of money buy quality gasoline
INSTALL Windshield Washer Solvent - do it yourself
INSTALL Premium Engine Oil Conditioner & Fuel System Cleaner (MOA and 44K) - waste of money
Ask Your Service Advisor about the FREE BG Lifetime Protection Plan! - what is the catch
Service Includes 180-Day Complimentary Roadside Care with Tire Hazard Coverage (Activation Needed) - what is the catch
also aren't these the same thing?

I recently cleaned the throttle body on a Highlander (same engine as your car) it has 200,000 miles was fairly dirty but if I'm being honest didn't notice a difference in how the engine ran. Engine coolant should be done every 7 years.

Honestly timing belt is only a 1-2hr job and they are getting paid verrrrrry well looking at your quote and you can probably get it done cheaper at an indy with good reputation.
Since you have a hybrid this doesn't include a water pump at 90k miles service like the non-hybrid so that's a lot of $$$ for a belt.
The "value added service", I agree with Lex2k above, most of it you can do yourself or a waste of money.
Looks like a "wallet draining service" for a $500 upsel that gives almost no value to the customer. lol

I can confirm the independent I use charges $248 for an OEM timing belt on the V6 and $99 for a brake fluid exchange (two things I cannot do).
**note, like margate330 says, usually tensioner and other items are replaced at more cost**
Based upon that, I came up with a ball-park of $600 at the independent I use in the Denver area.
I would call a place that specializes in Toyota to see what they would charge.
Finally, in my opinion, besides the coolant service, the "value service" is not a value and not needed.

Add the w/p w/ timing belt since your there.....Some t/b kits come w/ the w/p. I'd hitup a indy.......That price should include rotors/pads as well as a brake fluid flush w/ new dot3.....

OP said his quote was for timing belt only.
I will have to give them a call on Monday to check on the hybrid price as now I am curious about the price difference.
If you were questioning the price I provided, https://www.toycarcare.com/ and then click on coupons.

Pay a little extra and get the spark plug replaced. It’s almost 15 years old now. They’ll probably cut you a deal on labor. I paid for an extra hour of labor to get the spark plug replaced during my TB/WP service. I brought in OEM spark plugs that I bought and never got around changing myself.
