Chicago - RX's everywhere!
 

Just got back from a visit to my favorite city. Spent most of our time downtown where I couldn't miss the approximately 1,000,006 RX's roaming around down there. I was amazed at how many we saw...particularly in breakwater blue. It does make sense, though - it's the perfect size for comfort and utility while managing traffic and tight parking spots. Still, sometimes it seems like you see just as many RX's on the road as Camrys and Accords.

Its also amazing how popular they are considering the price. We are talking about a 42-45k avg price. Wow.

Yep, I live in Chicago and you do still quite a few. RX350s and RX400hs are getting popular as well.

First RX300 I ever saw was back in law school in Chicago, and a friend had one, fell in love with it and finally got the one I have now 5 years ago. Thank you windy city;)

Come to NY seeing a RX 330\350 is a normal thing. It is a great SUV what do you expect!

The only bad thing I can say about the RX line is that they are too popular. If you are looking for "exclusivity" this is NOT the model for you.

One more thing ... over the years they are still on the road. Look at the early model year competitors ... ML ... so hard to spot on the road.

The RX's a great SUV. The look, technology, performance, ride comfort, build quality, brand reputation, customer service, utility, features, safety, AWD, the list goes on and on, and frankly, the price tag isn't that high for what you get IMO.

You go to any big city in the North, you will see a bunch of RX.

There's a bunch of them here in Metro ATL. Mostly in the burbs.

Here in Raleigh NC, they're all over the place. White is the color of choice for a vast majority, just like my wife's.

HAHAHA, My friends dad is trying to sell his highly modified GSX while he just bought a 2004 Breakwater Blue RX330 :) Sounds like he was one of those in the count. My mom also has a 2000 RX300 white on caramel..

if you think theres a lot there here in so cal all i see are Rx's. and the same 4 colors too.

I have not seen a de-badged RX though around here in ATL.

The area(binghamton, NY) that I live in, I have seen like only 4 or 5 RXs around. Out of those 4 or 5 - one is mine!! :woohoo:

But when i go down towards NJ there are allot more there.
